Our four shipping options are as follows:

1) No Shipping – Contact : this option allows buyers to pick up their items at the Goldpanners’ offices, or at Growden Park during operating hours during the baseball season.

2) USPS Ground: $1 is for regular postage at the slower USPS ground rate.   Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from Alaska.

3) USPS Priority: $5 goes toward USPS Priority as well as packaging. 4-6 days is typical.

4) International:  All international buyers should choose this option to cover shipping outside of the continental US .



There are some important things to know about how our system works:

  1. SHIPPING:  Depending on your situation, you should select the proper value.  We have four shipping options available: A) “NO SHIPPING – CONTACT” –  If you don’t specify your shipping need, your item will not be mailed.   Using this value means that you wish to pick up the item at Growden Memorial Park from our ticket booth (open from 6p – 9p on game days; 11a – 2p on 6/21).  Even if you plan on picking up your item, our payment processing system requires a shipping address.  Feel free to dummy up a short one to save time.B) USPS – Regular ground shipping.  This value is not fast, coming as it does from Alaska.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.C) PRIORITY – Priority mail using the USPS.   Though this shipping option will provide a faster delivery, the timing is still contingent upon when the item is packaged and delivered to the post office (see #2).D) INTERNATIONAL – It costs much more to ship items to foreign countries; therefore, please select this option if you live outside the U.S.
  2. PACKAGING & DELIVERY:  Due to the immense work load of the summer season, trips to the post office are scheduled for once a week.  During road trips (and during the week of the Midnight Sun Game), this can stretch to two weeks.   I’m very sorry about this delay, but it is unavoidable.
  3. REFUNDS – Your credit card information is on file, and should you desire a refund, you will have it as soon as it is possible to do so.  If you have any questions, please call
